Recurring Monthly Payments

As a convenience for you, we have set up a feature that allows you to choose to automatically charge your credit card for recurring monthly charges such as your monthly dial-up or hosting fees. Keep in mind that this is a convenience, and we strongly urge you to check your account status periodically (upper right portion of the account maintenance section).

If you have chosen to use this feature, your card will be debited one week prior to the deadline, so that if there is a problem with the card or our system, that leaves a few days to make corrections. If your card is declined for any reason, an email is automatically generated notifying you of the deficiency. Due to the volatile nature of the internet, we can NOT guarantee delivery of your warning! So again we advise you to check the status of your account occasionally.

You may change your credit card information at any time by going to your account maintenance section. That can be accessed using the button in the left margin labeled "Your Account." You can stop the recurring payment by changing the card type to --inactive-- , and erasing the card number. You can start the recurring payment by filling in the appropriate information in the account maintenance section.
