What Are Pay Rates?

In order to compensate our best sales representatives we have developed a graduated scale of commission payments. Each representative is re-evaluated at the beginning of each month to determine which pay rate they will be earning at. The top earning sales rep will be placed in commission pay rate 1. The top 10% earning sales reps will be placed in commission pay rate 2. The remainder of the sales reps will be placed in commission pay rate 3. The amounts used to determine earnings will be the direct sales from each rep. Even though we are a multi-level marketing operation, we feel that the rewards should go directly to the reps that earn them, not to the people that recruited them.
