Connectivity
- We do not guarantee connectivity at all times.
- During peak hours, you may receive a busy signal.
- Occassionally we will take the servers down for maintenance or upgrades.
- We do guarantee that we will make every diligent effort to maximize the connectivity time for all of our clients.
- All lines are reset nightly at 11:59 pm, and you will be disconnected at that time, but you may immediately reconnect.
- IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR AND REGULATE THE AMOUNT OF TIME USED!
- We do not monitor the time until the end of the billing cycle
(month), when we total the time used.
